I notified the receptionist about the pain I was enduring. They saw me within 30 mins of that call and let me know what's wrong. I love that they dont try to scam you into getting random work done, and that they listen to the patient. I notified them of the experience I had previously and they were very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this dentist. They are kind, straight foward and treat the patients for what they need. Id highly suggest ignoring the bad star ones.
